Our supportive and experienced instructors help you build the skills, confidence and mental/physical strength on your journey .  We offer a variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our curriculm have been carefully crafted and emphasize on discipline, personal health and wellness.

Morganti Ju-Jitsu

Morganti Ju-jitsu is a style of martial art created in Brazil which incorporates ground fighting, throwing techniques and stand up fighting. We are the only and official training center of this Art in North America.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. Expect a full body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core

Muay thai

Muay Thai, also known as ‘Thai boxing’, is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.”

Having a little time to spare I could work on exercise to get back to my fitness level. Working six times a week I dropped 50lbs in five months so I would say the training at the gym is highly effective. The Ju-jitsu instruction is excellent the coach knows what he is doing. As an alternative is the Muay Thai. The morning session and saturday is much more intensive, the instructor is knowledgable and encourages you to go further you will push your phyiscal limits. In the evening the kickboxing attracts more people in a well developed training session the session is popular especially so with ladies and takes pride in ensuring that the clients enjoy the experience… I have not encountered any attitude at the gym and the workouts are conducted in a safe environment.

Training here for a year now has been one of the most empowering things I have done for myself. I’m continuously learning invaluable new skills, developing my ju jitsu and getting an insane workout.
